New items on the way

The Hungry Vegan is preparing to begin offering some a la carte items designed to reverse diabetes and heart disease and to promote weight loss. This menu will follow the guidelines of the Physicans' Committee for Responsible Medicine and will provide food with no fat or salt added and that is low on the glycemic scale. We understand that a diagnosis of diabetes and/or heart disease can leave people feeling a little overwhelmed, and we would like to help.

Preparing vegan, organic meals

Welcome to the Hungry Vegan, the nation's premier vegan meal service. The Hungry Vegan launched in October 2007 as a nationwide vegan, organic meal delivery service. Since then, we've expanded our menu options and now offer some a la carte items in addition to our pre-set menu.

We use wholesome all-vegan ingredients, including whole grain pastas and sugars that have not been processed using bone char.

Currently, we are working to create some vegan foods that we haven't seen available commercially, such as pastries. We'll keep you posted on our progress!
